We told you about a teenager who, according to a lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), was subjected to repeated sexual harassment while working for the nation's largest table grape grower--Giumarra vineyards.  Instead of dealing with the situation like a responsible employer, Giumarra Vineyards fired this young girl. It also fired two of her relatives and a friend who complained to management.  Sign the online petition to Giumarra Vineyards.  This petition will be handed in on February 15, by a delegation of women led by UFW co-founder Dolores Huerta.

The Tim Tebow Super Bowl ad may have been less offensive than we expected, but the website it directed people to isn't. Sign your name to Planned Parenthood's statement respecting every woman — including Mrs. Tebow — to make important personal medical decisions for herself.

In one of the worst decisions in U.S. history, the Supreme Court recently ruled that big corporations have the same First Amendment rights as people. This decision has opened the floodgates to unlimited political spending by big corporations. To fully undo the damage, Congress must pass a constitutional amendment overturning this terrible decision. Sign a petition to Congress now!

Friday is the deadline to be part of California's Citizen Redistricting Committee. The first step of the application process takes less than five minutes — fill out the application before the February 12 deadline at www.wedrawthelines.ca.gov.

Here are the qualifications for being a member of the Commission:
You must have been a registered California voter in the same (or no) political party for the last five years. Not sure? Check your status by contacting your county election offices.
You must have voted it at least two of the last three statewide general elections. Not sure? Check your status by contacting your county election offices.
