NCJW/LA Presents “A Celebration of Roe v. Wade…36 years later, how far have we come?”
The National Council of Jewish Women Los Angeles, in conjunction with the City of West Hollywood’s Women Advisory Board, and Hollywood and Pacific Shores NOW, presents a panel presentation and discussion that will focus on, "what was Roe? What is Roe? And what will Roe become in the future?"
The discussion will be moderated by Lindsey Horvath, City of West Hollywood Women’s Advisory Board Chairperson, and President of Hollywood NOW.
Panelists include: Belle Taylor-McGhee, President & CEO Pacific Institute for Women’s Health; Lee Saltz, Health Educator & Consultant to LAUSD; Carol Downer, Founder Feminist Women’s Health Center; and Students from LAUSD High Schools.
The presentation will take place on Thursday, January 22, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., at NCJW/LA (543 North Fairfax Avenue, Los Angeles 90036).
