Our Governor Sucks

Governor Schwarzenegger released his revised budget today, and guess who is getting screwed over? He's proposed $627 million in cuts to health care and human services programs for the poor, while his own administration has said that the need for assistance is growing. Never fails that the state's most vulnerable bear the brunt in a crisis; and pretty much in general.
