2008 Special Election for CA NOW President

A special election for CA NOW State President was held on Saturday, August 16th, 2008 at the Holiday Inn on the Bay in San Diego, CA.

Patty Bellasalma, a long-time activist with Los Angeles NOW, was elected to the position of interim CA NOW President. Her tenure begins on September 15th.

At the CA NOW Board meeting following the election, Janice Rocco was appointed CA NOW Treasurer, and Mona Lisa Wallace was appointed Diversity VP.
